After Jean Melden passed away in 2014, her husband, Morley, sought to honor her memory at their community hospital, Princeton Penn Medical Center.
He donated their favorite painting, Lily Pad Pond by Gerry Heydt, to our Advanced Care for the Elderly Unit. This beautiful artwork was originally housed in their living room, where Morley would often look upon the piece as he read and remember his beloved wife fondly.
Morley decided to give Lily Pad Pond in Jean’s honor, in the hopes that our patients could find peace and inspiration during their stay with us.
